With the Lance you have all of your nozzles in one!  Adjust the head to vari the width of your spray.  Go from a narrow angle spray for deep cleaning to a wide angle spray for flushing and rinsing.  Pull the nozzle out to the Low Pressure setting for drawing detergent.  Get all of your cleaning done with one nozzle!  Fits Karcher Bayonet-Style pressure washers.
